Return & Refund Policy 

1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our apparel. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will provide a free replacement.  

• Timeframe: Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.  

• Requirement: To process a claim for damage, a clear unboxing video and photos of the defective area and the original packaging are mandatory.  

2. Returns & Exchanges (Non-Defective)

Since every Athan & Grace product is printed specifically for you once you place an order, we do not support returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong Size Ordered: Please refer to our size chart carefully before purchasing.

• Change of Mind: We cannot restock or resell custom-printed items.

Refund Process

Refunds are only issued in the following specific cases:

• The product is confirmed as "Lost in Transit" by our courier partner.

• A replacement for a defective item is unavailable.

• Timeline: Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters the production phase with Qikink and can no longer be stopped or refunded.
